I will be participating in the 10th Annual Stride & Glide for IndependenceFirst on June 15.  It's a family-friendly fitness event with a 5K Run/Walk/Roll, 1.5 mile walk, WERQ, kids' activities and a lot more. The event is a fundraiser for IndependenceFirst, a nonprofit that provides services to empower more than 9,000 people with disabilities in our community each year.  I am asking you to help by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation.  Your tax-deductible gift will make a difference in the lives of many!  It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause.  If you prefer, you can also send your gift check made out to the IndependenceFirst in the mail to me.  Any amount, great or small, helps.  I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress.
